Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS.

Standard Shipping
USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor delivery progress.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed over to USPS. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and any relevant photos.

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
